Because coffee is unique, and roasted in batches only when ordered, product returns will not be accepted. If there is any other issue involving merchandise, or roasting products we offer a 100 % satisfaction Guarantee when it comes to quality assurance of our product and offer exchange or store credit on any future orders.


Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
