What currency are the prices do I see in the site?
All prices are in USD. This can be changed at the top right corner of any screen.

What is Recharge? 

Recharge is a Third Party Application that helps us manage your subscription. Simply subscribe to your favorite products and choose how regularly you would like to receive them. We look after everything else.

How long does it take after an order is placed to receive it? Orders are processed on Sunday, Tuesday and Thursdays - batched, roasted and shipped the next business day. Shipping generally takes 1-4 days, so your customer gets fresh roasted coffee right at its peak of flavor. Occasionally volume and pick up times may increase this time. Orders then will generally ship within 3 business days of ordering. Holidays and high volume times will impact this.

Can I return my order? What if there is an issue?
Because coffee is unique, and roasted in batches only when ordered, product returns will not be accepted. If there is any other issue involving merchandise, or roasting products we offer a 100 % satisfaction Guarantee when it comes to quality assurance of our product and offer exchange or store credit on any future orders.

Can I cancel my order?
You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order before it is roasted. Orders are processed Sunday, Tuesday’s and Thursdays and roasted the following day. If you order Sunday, Please contact us within the same day or your order will most likely be roasted on Monday.

Can I cancel my Subscription?

Yes! Anytime! Although we would hate to lose you. 

I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?
If you have misspelled or auto-filled in an incorrect address, simply reply to your order confirmation email and confirm. Once you double check if the address given is wrong kindly notify us via the contact us page.
